Engineer Structure - Outfitting (ES)
Riau - Batam

Responsibilities:

1. Manage basic and detailed design documentation of assigned disciplines including Naval Architecture, Machinery Design, Pipe Systems Design and Electrical Systems Design
2. Prepare lifting arrangements, calculations, design documents and relevant data
3. Responsible for on-time delivery, quality control and process improvement for assigned tasks
4. Manage and develop a team of Assistant Engineers and Draftsmen
5. Ensure compliance to policies on Health, Environment, Safety and Quality
6. Carry out design work, drawings and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree in Naval Architecture or relevant Engineering qualifications
2. Minimum 2 years of Shipbuilding experience in the Offshore and Marine Industry
3. Good knowledge of ship design, production processes and production documentation
4. Strong leadership & management skills and able to work independently
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
6. Good knowledge of engineering design software
