Procurement Staff
Key Requirements : 
  1. Min. Bachelor degree majoring mechanical engineering or naval architect from reputable university
  2. Fluent in English both oral and written
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skill
  4. High Attention to detail
  5. Good comunication skill
  6. Able to work under pressure
  7. Good negotiation skill is advantage
  8. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Job Responsibilities: 
  1. Receiving and processing requisition for quotation from vessel to order spare part, lubricant oil, and maintenance repair
  2. Preparing request for quotation from vendors or source new vendors
  3. Negotiating terms (price, quantity, delivery date)
  4. To get approval from technical manager
  5. Preparing and submitting purchase order to vendor
  6. Serving as liaison betweeen technical department, vessel and vendor on issues regarding delivery, quality, incomplete, and damage shipment
  7. Keeping record of purchase order, price and quality of major vendors

Operation Chartering Supervisor
Job requirements:
  1. Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable maritime academy or university
  2. Min. 1 year experience in similar position
  3. Proficiency in English both oral and written
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skill
  5. Good analytical thinking
  6. Detail oriented & well organized
  7. High driven, self motivated and proactive
  8. Willing to travel and to be posted abroad
Key responsibilities:
  1. To ensure vessel daily operation run smoothly
  2. Handling vessel documents 
  3. Ensuring transportation timeliness
  4. Conducting regular visits to agents and ships

Operation Officer
Job  requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree from reputable university
  2. Min. 1 year experience in similar position
  3. Age between 23 - 30 years old
  4. Proficiency in English both spoken and written
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skill
  6. Good analytical thinking
  7. Detail oriented & well organized
  8. High driven, self motivated and proactive
  9. Willing to travel and to be posted abroad
Key responsibilities:
  1. Monitoring vessel operation
  2. Dealing with port agent
  3. Handling vessel documents
  4. Ensuring transportation timeliness
  5. Conducting regular visits to agents and ships
