Assistant General Manager (Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities:
1. The key dimensions of the role include:
  • Maintain daily contact with staff and meeting as appropriate
  • Assist with all business functions related to operations
  • Being available for after hours on-call and email response
  • Appropriately confront and handle discipline procedures for staff
  • Assist General Manager to ensure all contractual duties and obligation are met
  • Assist General Manager to compile tender proposal and pre-bid meeting
  • Maintain ongoing communication with client and regional office
  • Serve as Public Relations representative

Requirements:
1. The successful candidate will hold the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in business or engineering or higher
  • Min. 5 years related experience
  • Have an experiences in Oil and Gas Industries would be preferably
  • Familiar with BPMIGAS PTK 007 procedure
2. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
  • Max. 40 years old
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Proactive, able to show initiative in problem solving
  • Pleasant, independent, self-motivated, spontaneous, responsible, Independent, and IT savvy
  • Interpersonal skills, and able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Junior Naval Architect (Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities:
1. Purpose of Role :
  • Perform a variety of design, analysis and technical reviews for marine structures, primarily for the offshore oil and gas industry. Apply advanced knowledge of ocean engineering and naval architecture principles to provide project management, including complete analysis of fixed and floating offshore structures as well as guidance and engineering support of onsite marine personnel.
2. The key dimensions of the role include:
  • Responsible for engineering calculations in support of various consultancy studies and global   
  • performance assessment of hydrostatic and stability calculations, motion response calculations,
  • stationkeeping, mooring and riser systems, environmental loading (wind, wave, and current), jackup
  • in-place analysis, etc.
  • Create 3D designs with structural, hydrostatic, and hydrodynamic analysis with model test
  • verification. Conduct third party assessment following specific criteria related to offshore rules and        regulations such as the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Lloyds
  • Register, IMO, and MODU codes.
  • Provide naval architecture support to the marine warranty group for document review and        technical input on loadout, transportation, and installation operations of the structures.
  • Conduct repairs on offshore structures, timeline studies on rig repairs, review of barge stability
  • lifts and loadouts, umbilical cable installation from rig to underwater unit, sponson analysis review, and sea-fastening design.
  • Interact with clients and market for potential clients in the offshore industry.
Requirements:
1. The successful candidate will hold the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree qualification in Naval Architecture, or equivalent
  • Experience of technical software eg MOSES, ORCAFLEX, STAADPRO, SACS, NASTRAN, and AutoCAD
  • Previous experience in shipbuilding or vessel design, preferably within the oil& gas sector
  • Thorough knowledge of naval architecture principles including hydrodynamics
  • Minimum 1 years related experience
2. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
  • Attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Proactive, able to show initiative in problem solving

Senior Naval Architect
Responsibilities:
1. Purpose of Role :
  • The purpose of the role is to assist the design group in the development of concept and basic design    
  • of vessels, rigs and floating structures.
2. The key dimensions of the role include:
  • Develop concept and basic design of vessels, rigs and floating structures
  • Provide naval architecture and structural engineering design assistance to projects
  • Project management of design projects
  • Prepare proposals for bids and tenders
  • Liaise with clients to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to graduates and team members
Requirements:
1. The successful candidate will hold the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree qualification in Naval Architecture, or equivalent, Master’s degree is preferable
  • Experience of technical software eg MOSES, ORCAFLEX, STAADPRO, SACS, NASTRAN, and AutoCAD
  • Previous experience in shipbuilding or vessel design, preferably within the oil&gas sector
  • Thorough knowledge of naval architecture principles including hydrodynamics
  • Min. 10 years related experience
2. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
  • Attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Proactive, able to show initiative in problem solving
