PT. Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk. (Temas Line) was founded by Mr. Harto Khusumo and Mr. Koentojo in 1987. Starting as a private limited company PT. Pelayaran Tempuran Emas in Jakarta on 17 September 1987.
The Company conducts its main line of business in shipping, offering full-containerized shipping services covering both domestic and international markets. The Company also provides support in cargo loading and discharging activities in Jakarta port via its subsidiary, PT. Perusahaan Bongkar Muat Jasa Trisari, to ensure fast and efficient container transportation. Temas Line formally converted into a public company on 25 June 2003. with its 451,000,000 share listed and quoted in the Jakarta Stock Exchange – Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ) – on 9 July 2003, and becoming the first public company in the container shipping category, the Company underlined its commitment to move forward under more professional management of the Company concurrent with implementing improvement in various sections.
Temas Line is among the first Indonesian shipping line to offer containerized cargo service. Initiated its operational activities with chartered vessel, Temas Line then expanded to become a market leader in the domestic, fully-containerized shipping industry, supproted by a modern fleet and cargo loading and discharging facilities. This success was achieved through hard work, high diligence and tenacity of the founders, board of directors of employees of Temas Line.
Up to early 2005, Temas Line has owned a fleet of 21 vessel of 191-958 TEUs (twenty feet equivalent unit) capacity, giving a grand total of 8192 TEUs. All of the vessels in the fleet are completed with the necessary documents, as required by domestic and international conventions. The total number of containers has also grown to reach aroud 12.000 units. Shipping activities have also become more and more efficient helped by the operational availability of two harbour mobile cranes (HMC) of type HMK 260E, reach stackers, empty container handlers and forklifts.
Temas Line extended its market reach by opening a number of branch offices and agencies in Indonesia’s major cities. Toward the end of 2004, Temas Line owned four branch offices and two agencies in Surabaya, Makassar, Bitung, Medan, Ambon, and Pontianak.

MARINE SUPERINTENDENT
Persyaratan :
- Male, max 35 year old
- Candidate graduated from Naval Engineering/Marine/Architecture
- Have knowledge in international maritime rule & policy such as IMO, SOLAS, ISM code, ISPS, ISO, STCW etc
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in English
- Preferably familiar with Microsoft office Decisive
- Strong leadership and good communication skill
- Willing to travel to our branch
- Preferable live at Jakarta and can join immediately
- Controlling and monitoring standar ISM / ISPS Code for all voyage
- Controlling for voyage cost Preventive and maintenance all damage of voyage
MECHANIC (Jakarta, Medan Branch)
Persyaratan :
- Male
- D3 / Diploma degree in Engineering from reputable university with min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
- 2 years experience in handling maintenance and repair forklift, reachstacker, HMC
- Possess good communication skill.
- Have strong logical thinking & analytical skills, hard working, Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship, self initiative/motivation
- Willing to work at North Sumatra Province
ASSISTANT MARINE SUPERINTENDENT
Persyaratan :
- Male, max 27 years old w/ GPA 2.75 scale 4.00
- Bachelor degree from Marine System Engineer
- Preferable has 1 year experience in the same position, Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in English
- Preferably familiar with advance Microsoft office
- Independent, good communication skill, good personality, good analytical skill, mature, hardworking
- Willing to travel to all branches or vessels
